Lodha Park is a project so immense in its scale that it took 2 years to excavate 3.2 million cubic meters of earth, more than enough to fill the Great Pyramid of Giza.
The subsequent raft pour was India’s largest single raft pour and lasted for 100 continuous hours.
Lodha Park also has one of the world’s largest foundation footprints with a combined raft slab of 35,000 cubic meters, which is comparable with the foundation of The Burj Khalifa.
This elevated park is built with 14 kilometres of concrete wall to retain soil, plants and the covered drainage system.
