Welcome to the fifth edition of SPARK, the quarterly newsletter of Lodha Park- South Mumbai’s grandest development. It gives us immense pleasure to announce to all the families who put their trust in us- “Welcome Home”.

Lodha Park is ready! With more than 1800 key handovers planned this year, very soon Lodha Park will be buzzing with life- happy families truly living the brand promise of a richer life right in the heart of the city. We are happy to share with you that more than 50 families have already received keys to their dream home. A plethora of amenities has also shaped up to add to the lifestyle of the residents- we are pleased to share with you the latest photos of these ready areas that have beautifully shaped up your park. The tower lobbies and common areas are also ready and stand testimony to the grandeur of Lodha Park.

The ready amenities played host to more than 30 families who visited us during Sundays at Lodha Park; these families got to experience the ready Kids’ Play area, Cricket Ground and Party Lawn and spend quality time with their loved ones. We are pleased to share with you some such precious moments.

Very soon, we will be inaugurating ‘The Jewel’- the 50,000 sq.ft. clubhouse of Lodha Park. One of the largest clubhouses in any residential development in the city, it is a rare and glittering example of what happens when luxury meets grand architecture meets grand vision. With exceptional facilities in an invigorating environment, The Jewel will make it easy to have a happy mind in a healthy body.
