We begin 2020 by bringing to you the sixth edition of Spark, our quarterly newsletter of Lodha Park – South Mumbai’s grandest development. We would like to thank you for your overwhelming response to our endeavour of reaching to you through this quarterly newsletter. It gives us immense pleasure to announce that an ambitious dream that Lodha Group had envisioned in 2013 is now a reality.

The life at Lodha Park is blooming! In a span of 3 months we have offered more than 1,100 possession and over 150 families have moved into the ready development. We are delighted to welcome the residents of Lodha Park and are working hard towards delivering the brand promise of a 5-star living experience, every day. With multiple engagements and festivals celebrated in the last few months, the community at Lodha Park is shaping up beautifully. In the last quarter, a plethora of amenities have come alive to add to the lifestyle of the residents- we are pleased to share with you the latest photos of these ready areas that have beautifully shaped up your park. The 7-acre private park, the grand Worli entry, the luxurious tower lobbies and The Jewel 50,000 Sq. Ft. Clubhouse, stand testimony to the grandeur of Lodha Park.
