As a part of our Humans of Lodha series, we spoke with Anoop Kamat, a resident of Palava for past several years and here’s what he had to say about why Palava City is the perfect place to live.
"Of all the places I’ve lived in, Palava has a special place in my heart. I have relocated a lot. From my native place in Goa to growing up in Delhi and finally coming to Mumbai to pursue my career, it has been a great journey.

Living at Palava is a carnival every day with a like-minded community, vibrant environs, and tranquil spaces. Photography is my passion and this place has given me a beautiful canvas to capture every day.

My wife is from Delhi. Before this, we used to live on rent in Navi Mumbai where social life with neighbors was non-existent and living was monotonous. I also wanted to break free of paying hefty rent and move to a place I could call home.

The search for a secured community with impeccable amenities began when my daughter was born. We started looking for an integrated stress-free neighborhood that could foster not just her academics but co-curriculars as well. That’s why the first place we visited in Palava was the Lodha World School. And luckily, they had a few seats available. I was extremely happy to learn about the co-curricular and academic offerings they have. And that is when I finalized Palava as #ApnaGhar. To live at a place which would provide me and my family with not just safety but also an engaging social life.

I even enrolled my daughter in a dance class and through that she learned and performed at a very big stage. Now she loves performing. It's extremely surreal to see her grow into a confident and smart child.

It is worth mentioning that Palava does a beautiful job at engaging people with different activities, tournaments, and contests. 2 years ago, they had organized 'Mr. & Mrs. Palava' where my wife and I participated. And to our surprise, she reached the semi-finals and I won!
