Interviewer: Your soon-to-be neighbours at “Lodha Park” want to know a little bit about you and your family. Please introduce yourself to “Lodha Park family”.
Mr. Sunil Shah: I currently live in Hong Kong and have been staying here with my family for the past 20 years. I have three children, who are pursuing their studies right now. I am into the diamond business here. My parents and brother live in Mumbai.
Interviewer: What is your definition of a dream home?
Mr. Sunil Shah: One works very hard throughout one’s life to ensure that his family gets to have the best possible lifestyle in a home that is perfect in every aspect. For me, a dream home is one which has the perfect ecosystem in place w.r.t. the facilities available at the development, good neighbours, a good atmosphere and the ability to provide peace of mind to one and one’s family on returning home after a long day at work.
Interviewer: We would love to know what made you to decide on “Lodha Park” as your future home.
Mr. Sunil Shah: Mr. Sunil Shah: In Mumbai it is very tough to get access to everything under one roof, leaving no option but to go out and enroll in some clubhouse or visit the closest place of worship. “Lodha Park” provided me with an excellent opportunity to get a balanced lifestyle for my family with easy access to avenues for health and spiritual aspects of one’s life. There is a Jain temple nearby, and with so many options like the swimming pools, cricket ground, sports courts, it provides my family with ample options for leading a healthy lifestyle. It truly is a testimony to a richer life. Moreover, I also wanted some element of an international lifestyle for my family given that they have been staying in Hong Kong for so long now. A Trump branded tower gave us the assurance of the international lifestyle for ourselves. On a lighter note, this will also help me in convincing my kids to come back to India, they are very much used to the lifestyle here.
Interviewer: What do you look forward to the most, as we are getting your dream home ready for you?
Mr. Sunil Shah: “Lodha Park” is a very unique development with a plethora of amenities available for one’s use. I am really looking forward to seeing my family enjoy all of them. One thing which I also want to see is the standard of services in place in this development once people start living here. The standard of services in Hong Kong is impeccable and I would love to see if some elements of the same can be replicated here and make it a really great development in India.
Interviewer: To conclude this conversation, is there anything that you would like to share with the entire family of “Lodha Park” who would be your neighbours very soon?
Mr. Sunil Shah: Cleanliness is something that needs to be a top priority for one and all. If we want our future generations to enjoy the kind of lifestyle that we aspire for today, simple things like not throwing garbage on the roads or littering parks will go a long way in conserving the nature that we love. It would also be great when the society gets formed in “Lodha Park”, some common guidelines are prepared for usage of the clubhouse and the other amenities. As a community, we all should work together to ensure a smooth functioning of the development.
