We are really excited to bring to you the second issue of Spark, our quarterly newsletter about Lodha Park. We would like to thank you for your overwhelming response to our endeavour of reaching to you through this quarterly newsletter. As we gear up towards completing your future home, we are elated to share with you exciting updates and stories about Lodha Park.

Over the last quarter, Lodha Park has continued its fast paced journey towards completion and achieved new milestones. With civil work already complete, finishing works has gained strong momentum. We are really proud of the progress made on Lodha Park greens - the children’s play area is now ready along with a beautiful British tree house, the outfield of cricket maidan is lush green and a host of other amenities including outdoor lap pool and kids’ pool are ready to welcome you. The civil structure of the fifty thousand square-foot clubhouse is completed and the interiors are now being developed as per the designs created by internationally acclaimed interior designer, Patricia Urquiola.

It was truly amazing to host some of you recently and your excitement to move into your dream home continues to fuel our energy. We thank you for your positive feedback and are happy to share a small video which captures your thoughts about Lodha Park, with the entire Lodha Park family. In addition to the construction update in this issue, you will find our clubhouse interior designer Patricia Urquiola sharing her experience in designing the world class clubhouse. Healthy living is one of our inspirations for Lodha Park and in that spirit we share with you a column by Snigdha Manchanda, owner of Tea Trunks, on the benefits of having a private tea garden in your development compound.
