Weekend of joy
Lodha Park welcomed more than 60 families of Lodha Parkside for a hard-hat tour of Lodha Park, as its various amenities have begun to come to life. On the 19th and 20th of May, 2018, Lodha Park was buzzing with the excitement of its future residents as they saw the 7-acre private park shaping up in front of them. Here’s what they had to say about the experience.
Lodha Park Signature Smoothie and Garden Salad
At Lodha Park, we’re committed to bringing back healthy eating directly to your dining table. At the recent event, we served Lodha Park signature smoothie to the future residents. Here’s the recipe for the smoothie and the green salad. The recipes featured are chef inspired, farm to table, using the freshest produce from your very own garden.
‘Lodha Park’ Green Smoothie (2 portions)
Ingredients
- 2 cup packed baby spinach
- 1 cup tender coconut water
- 1 cup curd
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup ice
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, about 1 minute.
Mix Garden Green Salad (6 portions)
Ingredients
Dressing
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- Dash salt and pepper
Method
- In a small bowl, mix mustard, vinegar and sugar with wire whisk. Gradually add oil, beating constantly until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Ingredients
Salad
- 200gms cleaned assorted lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomato, each cut in half lengthwise
- 1 cup sliced seeded & peeled cucumber
- ½ cup sliced halved red onion
- ½ cup green and black olives
- ½ cup diced feta cheese
Method
- In a large salad bowl, place salad ingredients. Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss gently to mix.
